Google Issued YouTube Signature Device Certificate for OnePlus Nord

Google has a certification program for mobile phones and in this, it picks the mobiles which are perfect to watch YouTube videos. The smartphones that get this certification provide great the best features related to YouTube and some of them are viewing the videos in the highest resolution including 4K, 360-degree video playback, good DRM performance, etc.

Apart from Google Pixel devices, some other high-end mobiles received this certification and OnePlus mobiles starting from OnePlus 6T got it. However, people didn’t expect it for OnePlus Nord though.

OnePlus Nord is the mid-range mobile model and Google certifying it indeed is a little bit surprising. This new device fulfilled all the requirements that are found only in high-end phones most of the time.

OnePlus Nord- Midrange Budget Phone from the Flagship Brand

OnePlus is the flagship brand with some of the best devices in the market and now it is trying to get into the midrange segment too and started their entry with the mighty OnePlus Nord. The price of this device started at Rs. 24,999 and ranging up to 29,999.

The commendable thing about this mobile is that despite being a midrange budget phone it comes with a 6.44 inches AMOLED screen and has a 90Hz refresh rate. The display comes with corning gorilla glass 3 for protection.

The chipset of this device is Snapdragon 756G which indeed is a powerful pick in the market. The 12GB variant comes with fast UFS 2.1 storage. The mobile comes with a clean and simple Oxygen OS which will be running on Android 10.

Camera Setup

When it comes to cameras, the phone comes with a quad-camera in the rear end with 48, 8, 5- and 2-megapixel cameras whereas the camera sitting on the front is a 32-megapixel Sony IMX616 sensor.

The 48-megapixel camera comes with a Sony IMX586 sensor with an f/1.75 lens, electronic image, and optical image stabilization. The 8MP camera is an ultrawide lens and has 119 fields of view. OnePlus Nord made its debut into the market in July and is one of the best mobiles in this price range.
