‘Green Tea’ Can Shield People Suffering From Bone-Marrow Disorders: Study

Regular drinking of Green Tea can shield patients, suffer from the bone-marrow anarchy, revealed a new clinical experiment.

Green Tea is the healthiest and wealthiest beverage of the world, and numerous medical trials have verified this statement earlier. Previously, we were acquainted with the rich health benefits of drinking green tea like fighting with cancer, managing sound health, protecting body cells and molecules from harm. And now a team of researchers has added a new health advantage of Green Tea to the existing list.

The study, conducted by the scientists from Washington University in St. Louis in the U.S. and some of the German scholars revealed how the life-saving potential of Green Tea could protect people with the bone-marrow disorder. The research paper, published in the Journal of Biological Chemistry demonstrates about a life-saving compound of Green Tea which may have a potential for individuals, suffering from bone-marrow disorders.

As highlighted by the researchers in their new study, the Super-drink Green tea has an elite element called ‘epigallocatechine-3-gallate (EGCG)’ which can defend bone-marrow issues. The polyphenol which is generally found in green tea leaves may have some exclusive and useful health benefit to patients struggling with numerous myelomas, amyloidosis as well as the extremely deadly remedial impediments which are linked to bone marrow disorders.

While conducting the experiment, the scientific team first cut off individual light manacles from nine patients having bone marrow disorders that triggered a number of myeloma or amyloidosis. Following the cut-off, the researchers then conducted some lab experiments to find out how the compound of green tea impinges on the light chain protein.

After the complete study, the researchers found that the’ polyphenol,’ a particular type of element found in green tea thwart “light chain amyloid” to further accumulate or multiply, hence cutting off the risks of intensifying bone-marrow disorders among people.

A number of previously conducted studies have highlighted regarding the health benefits of antioxidant Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCG), which is the most dominant component of Green Tea. It is a proven drink for improving brain functionality, fat burning, enhancing physical performance, lowering the risks of various types of cancer and heart attacks, trimming down the menace of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s and much more. And the recent study has glorified the existing beneficial nature of Green Tea by proving it to be incredibly powerful for fighting against bone-marrow disorder.
